In view of this, the Company developed its own training institute in 2011. Located in Nagpur, Sunil Hitech’s I-COM (Infrastructure Construction and Operations Management Institute) offers training programs for fresh Graduate Engineering and Diploma pass-outs. Training is imparted in state-of-the-art infrastructure, supported by the most modern technology and software. Study material is designed in line with training manuals of the highest standards.
I-COM provides a one-year practical course. The school also offers a nine-month remunerated on-job training that introduces the individual to contemporary power plant technology.
