He wanted the magazine to be the medium of instruction, information and interaction among the staffers of the company. The magazine will be a reflection of the ideology of the company. It would be smart, straightforward and without unnecessary frills,include facts as it is because the company'sspeaks for itself. The name “Ratnadeep” is the gemstone that leads us through darkness and adversities. It is also an earthen lamp that burns itself so that it can light thousands of more lamps. The name of the magazine is a tribute to our CMD, who shares first half of his name with the magazine. He is our own Ratnadeep who steers the company through thick and thin towards monumental growth. He touches hundreds of lives and changes them for better. Incidentally, Ratnadeep is the name of the residences of the Gutte family. As the company is regarded as a big family, the association is implied through the name.     Mr. Ratnakar Gutte   Mr Gutte has come a long way from the days when he used to earn Rs 5 for a day’s work.
